 For two years, as a Customer Service Officer, I was responsible for front
office administration, Internal and external Customer management,
business growth.
I contributed to branch customer service growth and profitability by
ensuring timely and professional response and resolution of all customers
queries and requests, and consistently maintaining customer service
standards at Co-operative Bank Narok Branch. I achieved this by offering
seamless service and leaving the customer with a smile. This earned us a

Team Leader where I gained vast experience in Sales and Marketing,
