I started as a billing agent, and through training and successful customer satisfaction scores, became a Tier 1 agent, one of the highest in my training class. Accomplishments: • Consistent high scorecards taking account for speed in resolution, whether my resolution resulting the customer calling back, and overall customer satisfaction • Managing networks without even seeing them, often times instructing local IT techs calling in for a client, how reworking their network could optimize the workforce. • On the spot bookkeeping, and assisting owners and contracted business alike with billing and account records to manage their funds.
- 2. FIX IT, INDEPENDENT IT TECHNICIAN, PHONE: (215) 436-0997 IT Technician, 06/12 to 08/14 My primary title is IT Tech, but the company itself is sub-contracted to do a wide array of jobs. Some similar just at different sites, some very unusual, or unexpected, but all within the tri-state area. I've performed duties such as basic system re-imaging to doctors office lobby computer systems, to complete reinstallation to Walgreen's photo labs, and everything in between. Often times with last minutes notice, and each time using my own tools, and sometimes requiring me to leave the site to purchase supplies just to get the job done. Accomplishments: • Learned often times on the spot how to fix new, and different devices. • Hands on face to face interaction with clients, often teaching how new equipment worked after fixing or installing it. • Worked a very time based schedule, often times driving up to 300 miles a day either to get one large job done states away, or traveling to multiple sites back to back. RED LOBSTER, DARDEN, LANGHORNE, PA PHONE: (215) 943- 5350 Bartender/Server, 10/12 to 09/14 The direct job title I have is Bartender, however, during the week I do much more on a regular basis than just work on the bar. My core responsibilities are making drinks for the entire store, maintaining bar upkeep and stock at all times, and of course providing a positive, friendly attitude for guests to ensure I give a terrific experience. On top of the bar, there are also a set of tables where I serve to, and since the bar is not limited to just drinks, all guests are able to order food from me at any time. Accomplishments: • Regularly provide outstanding customer service, and build positive connections with guests, to ensure repeat business, and a great experience. • Praised on a regular basis for teamwork, and my willingness to assist others while still completing my daily assignments. • Flexible, and always willing to lend my assistance when a shift needed to be covered, or switched.

GENUARDI'S DOTCOM, LANGHORNE, PA PHONE: N/A Genuardi's Dotcom Delivery Driver, 5/11 to 6/12 My main responsibilities consist of home delivery, direct contact with regular customers, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment. As the only face the customers see while using this service, it's imperative to perform superb customer service, and regularly going the extra step for customers, due to a customer's own condition for ordering. After each shift, each driver must complete checklists on vehicle condition and catalog customer personal information. Accomplishments: • Maintained perfect attendance. • Commended by supervisors for flexibility in changing work hours when asked and filling in during scheduled off-days for absent employees. • Acquired several commendations from customers who contacted the company to praise my service as a friendly delivery driver. • Displayed a positive, helpful attitude on a daily basis that was consistently praised by customers and management alike. LENSCRAFTERS, LANGHORNE, PA PHONE: (215) 750-0773 Production Technician II, 4/08 to 3/10 I primarily worked in the lab at a local Lenscrafters with over 2 dozen machines to take raw lens material and grind, fine, then polish it down into a customer's personal prescription. After making the prescribed lens, I would then cut it to form the shape of their chosen frame, after possibly tinting or coating the lens. Aside from those core job duties, I was tasked with machine maintenance and occasionally I also assisted with sales. Accomplishments: • Was trained for, and certified on several different machines. • Was praised for my knowledge and ability to work all aspects of the store, ie: sales floor, and laboratory duties, and offered my services as often as possible. • Revered for my flexibility, and willingness to work at alternate locations. • Certified at the highest level of Lab Technician, under Lab Manager. - 4. Primarily, my duties began as a Sale Associate in the area for small home electronics, then eventually expanded to digital cameras, televisions, car electronics and finally computer electronics. I was cross trained for all departments aside from customer service, and was a part of a team that came in after hours to set up displays or products, and generally organize the entire store. After some time, I became a full time Warehouse Representative, and I stayed in the warehouse until the company went out of business. Accomplishments: • Commended by supervisors for flexibility in changing work hours when asked and filling in during scheduled off-days for absent employees. • Praised by my customers on a regular basis over an online survey, and was rewarded for my impressive customer service. • Awarded a small plaque for outstanding service to the company.
