screen printing and book binding
During my term as owner at Shomene I have managed to work myself
up with appointment from unanimous decision of my colleages, from
secretary, to office manager, to site manager, to area manager
When Shomene became the preferred Transport Provider to Harmony
Goldfields
I was appointed as a marketing representative for Rustenburg area for
a trial period of 3 months, after 6 weeks I was permanently appointed.
During my 3 months trial period, which was contracted into permanent
employment, I however got promoted to Markting Area Manager for 3
provinces within 8 weeks

During a sales meeting I mentioned an e-newsletter. Management
applauded the idea and I was instructed to immediately begin with
good response
The companys profile caught my attention as it was not so much
marketing material, as purely business documents. I redesigned the
company profile and presented it to management. All Grippas ISO
documentation is currently under construction, to assume likeliness to
the profile.
Without needing instruction, I could see that the marketing material
was very few, and I started to design e-brochures with a very good
response from then probable clients
