The realm of product design is a constantly changing environment where technology and style intersect. Every year introduces fresh challenges and exciting trends that mold the future of this captivating art form. In this piece, we delve into the significant trends set to influence the look and functionality of product design in the year 2024.
How Race, Age and Gender Shape Attitudes Towards Mental HealthThinkNow
油
Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying its good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation thats least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state theyre comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).
AI Trends in Creative Operations 2024 by Artwork Flow.pdfmarketingartwork
油
Creative operations teams expect increased AI use in 2024. Currently, over half of tasks are not AI-enabled, but this is expected to decrease in the coming year. ChatGPT is the most popular AI tool currently. Business leaders are more actively exploring AI benefits than individual contributors. Most respondents do not believe AI will impact workforce size in 2024. However, some inhibitions still exist around AI accuracy and lack of understanding. Creatives primarily want to use AI to save time on mundane tasks and boost productivity.
Organizational culture includes values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumptions, beliefs, and habits that influence employee behaviors and how people interpret those behaviors. It is important because culture can help or hinder a company's success. Some key aspects of Netflix's culture that help it achieve results include hiring smartly so every position has stars, focusing on attitude over just aptitude, and having a strict policy against peacocks, whiners, and jerks.

Google's Just Not That Into You: Understanding Core Updates & Search IntentLily Ray

1. Core updates from Google periodically change how its algorithms assess and rank websites and pages. This can impact rankings through shifts in user intent, site quality issues being caught up to, world events influencing queries, and overhauls to search like the E-A-T framework.
2. There are many possible user intents beyond just transactional, navigational and informational. Identifying intent shifts is important during core updates. Sites may need to optimize for new intents through different content types and sections.
3. Responding effectively to core updates requires analyzing "before and after" data to understand changes, identifying new intents or page types, and ensuring content matches appropriate intents across video, images, knowledge graphs and more.

teorijoje油ir praktikoje?
Karmos ir Dharmos reik邸ms
ir vaidmens supratimas suteikia mums
raktus padedanius suprasti Neuro-
gri転tamojo ry邸io treniruots proces
6. KARMA: P rie転asties ir
pasekms dsnis
Niutonas buvo geras budistas:
Kiekvienas veiksmas lyg笛s atoveiksmiui
K passi, t ir pjausi
Gravitacija veikia
Laikas egzistuoja
Visi daiktai atsiranda, tsiasi kur眺 laik ir
po to suirsta
Numestas kiau邸inis sud笛転ta-ir j眺 labai
sunku vl sulipdyti
7. Pati Kar ma nr a nei
ger a nei bloga tai
tiesiog kaip viskas yr a
K j笛s darote - turi poveik眺, kas atsitinka
jums - turi sukelianias prie転astis. Jeigu
jums nepatinka tai, k j笛s patiriate,
darykite ka転k kitaip! Gera prad転ia tam
b笛t迭, priimti visk taip kaip yra.
8. Kar ma tai ne pr oblema,
tai realyb. Tikr oji
pr oblema - ne転inojimas.
Ir svarbu prisiminti, kad ne転inojimas
veikia. Tai ne pasyvus ne転inojimas
ka転ko; tai daugiau aktyvus visko
neigimas. Tai pirmin prie転astis, kodl
primimas yra toks svarbus pagrindas
efektyviai veiklai ir asmenybs
transformacijai.
9. Mes ir toliau patiriame kani,
sukelt Kar mos, dar ydami tuos
paius dalykus ir tikdamiesi
kitokio rezultato
Bet K.A.R.M.A. galima b笛ti
suprantama ir kaip akronimas,
kuris paai邸kint迭 kai ji veikia
11. Karma: besikartojantis mini迭
jausm迭 ir elgesio modelis
Mes kartojame tuos paius dalykus
Ir tie patys dalykai sukuria tuos paius jausmus,
kuriuos sukeldavo praeityje
Kurie regeneruoja tas paias reakcijas
Kurios motyvuoja m笛s迭 i邸 to i邸plaukiant眺 elges眺 ir vis迭,
esani迭 aplink mus elges眺
Taigi mes tsiame tikti realybe 邸it迭 jausm迭 ir
poelgi迭
Tai galima pavadinti priklausomybe nuo kokakolos
automato
12. Mes i邸 esms vis traumuojame
save, kad pakartotume praeit眺
Kuo daugiau mes 眺sitraukiame 眺 t pat眺 elges眺,
jausmus ar 眺vykius, tuo daugiau mes paprasiausiai
atkuriame juos
Perduodami pradines emocines patirtis, mes i邸
tikr迭j迭 sustipriname jas
Tai palaiko m笛s迭 gyv prisiri邸im prie savo
istorijos t.y.m笛s迭/gyvenimo/pasaulio istorijos
Kuo labiau mes stengiams nugalti tai, tuo
daugiau mes tiesiogiai reinkarnuojame j
is 転iedinis ciklas yra samsara arba gimimo ir
mirties ciklas
13. Mes galime sustabdyti 邸眺
gimimo ir mirties cikl
I邸silaisvinimas i邸 Karmos cikl迭
眺vyksta paleid転iant ne転inojim ir
gr眺転tant 眺 dabart眺. Mes tiesiog
prabundame ia ir dabar tai ir yra
Budos mokym迭 pagrindas
14. Patyrimas ir supratimas
dabarties yra 転inoma
kaip netiktas susitikimas
su Dharma
Taip mes fakti邸kai galime pasirinkti
Karma AR Dharma
ir tai veda mus prie naujo akronimo
15. O.R. yra kitas akronimas

Mes per転velgsim kiekvien j迭 i邸 eils ir
po to pa転i笛rsime kaip jie gali b笛ti vartojami
kartu, tam, kad paleisti kentjimus ir skatinti
asmenin transformacij per visapusi邸kas
prisitaikanias neurogr眺転tamojo ry邸io
treniruotes.
16. Orientuojantis atsakas
CNS aptinka skirtum ir orientuojasi 眺 t
skirtum
Fundamentalus psichofiziologinis
procesas, svarbus i邸saugant saugum
Kai reik邸m yra didel, orientuojantis
atsakas i邸lieka smarkus
Kai reik邸m yra ma転a, orientuojantis
atsakas neatsi転velgia 眺 tai, kas nra
reik邸minga -
17. Orientuojantis atsakas yra
orientuotas 眺 informacij
Konkreiai pasirei邸kiani迭 dirgikli迭 informacijos
vert priklauso ar tai galimas pavojaus signalas
Tradicin perspektyva yra ta, kad naujumas
ma転ja, orientuojantis reagavimas tampa
眺prastiniu ir nyksta
Ma転janti paprasta naujov nra informatyvi,
todl ji teisingai yra ignoruojama
Paprasta naujov yra skaliarinis-apibr転iamas
analogas 転ymaus pasikeitimo 転inojime,
pasirinktas todl, kad j眺 galima lengvai i邸tirti
tradicinmis priemonmis
18. Orientuojantis atsakas
orientuojasi 眺 tai kas
pa転眺stama
Fundamentali informacijos turinti dinamin strukt笛ra
眺sitraukia 眺 転aidim susijus眺 su tuo kas pa転眺stama ir
kas nauja, todl, kad tai kas nauja yra skirtinga
nuo to, kas jau pa転眺stama
Nutraukimas to, kas pa転眺stama, ka転kuo nauju
skatina hipokamp ir slopina amigdal 眺prasti
atsakai pagr眺sti emociniu reaktyvumu, kurie
pastebimi 眺prastuose emociniuose
paleidjuose/trigeriuose (kaip apra邸oma Pribramo
moksliniuose darbuose)
19. Orientuojantis atsakas i 邸lieka
tylus neurogr眺転tamojo r y邸io
metu TODL, kad mes visada
dirbame su asmeni邸kai prasmingu
signal迭 komplektu, b笛tent per
besifor muojani CNS 眺vairov

CNS per NGR treniruot
20. Jeigu pr ocesas nei邸laiko
pakankamai r eik邸ms, kad
orientuojantis atsakas i邸likt迭
nenuginijamas , tada ka転kas
tikr ai 眺domaus atsitinka-ir tai
nr a labai susij su klientu,
kad ir k jis bedar yt迭
Idomu pasvarstyti, su kuo b笛t迭 susieta
toks treniruots traktavimas, kai b笛t迭
ai邸ku, kad tai nepriklauso nuo paio
kliento!
21. Koki r ol vaidina
r elaksacijos
atsakas ?
Tai neatskiriamas orientuojanio
Tai neatskiriamas orientuojanio
atsako partneris ir jis leid転ia CNS
atpalaiduoti savo kentjimus kai
suvokiama, kad realybje NRA
esama pavojaus, nepriklausomai
kaip CNS buvo atlaisvinta NGR
treniruots metu
22. Vis, k mums reikia
dar yti, tai per tr aukti
atk笛rim buvusios
tr aumos
Mes tai padarome su NeurOptimal
pertraukdami audio-video sraut, kai tik
atsiranda virpjimas didesnje dalyje
esamos CNS veiklos, t.y. kai per daug
i邸ry邸kja kintamumas ar s笛kuriavimas
kliento CNS biosraute
23. CNS orientuojasi 眺 t per tr笛k眺
ir
po to atsipalaiduoja dabar tyje,
nes suvokia teisingai, kad

Kaip vyksta 邸is procesas?

mus prie Dhar mos
vaidmens svar stymo
Ir tai gali b笛ti dar vienas akronimas
apibr転iantis labai gil迭 po転i笛r眺 kaip
NGR ar kiti transformacijos procesai
veikia, tuo paiu i邸liekantys 邸veln笛s

26. Papr as iausia s nutr aukimas

Pasirinkimas Karmos ar Dharmos
yra paprasiausiai atsilaisvinimas
dabartyje ir susitaikymas su ja

DABART町
Tikrai viskas yra apie tai, kad
nutraukiama ir sutrukdoma praeities
trauma besikartojantis prisiri邸imo

dabart眺, kad b笛ti su tuo kas YRA
DABAR
29. Viskas, k mes vadiname
sutrikimu yr a papr asiausiai
vienaip ar kitaip nebuvimas
tame kas vyksta. Tai
nat笛ralus
ir tiesioginis kelias 眺k笛nyti
ne転inojimui
Darymas be suvokimo ir supratimo
( o tai dvigubas ne転inojimas) tampa
dar labiau sudtingas ir supainiotas
30. Mums ner eikia
smar kiai dirbti su
savo atvejais nor s ir
tai kar tais padeda
Viskas, k mums reikt迭 daryti, tai
nutraukti t, per savo gyvenim i邸mokt,

dabartis. CNS pajunt t pertr笛k眺 ir tada
suvokia NUSTATO - kad nra jokio
pavojaus ir vl atsipalaiduoja, sugr眺転t 眺

31. K.A.R.M.A.
O.R.
D.H.A.R.M.A.
Kai mes atkreipiame dmes眺 眺 tas prie転astis ir
slygas, kurios mums sukelia kentjim,
kania nebei邸kyla ir dlto nebereikia jos
nugalti ar gydyti. M笛s迭 nat笛ral笛s, vidiniai
savi-reguliavimo ir organizavimo sugebjimai
veikia k笛rybi邸kai, atstato lankstum ir
tamprum, nepaisant prie転asi迭 ir slyg迭, kas
t kentjim sukl.
32. Nra nieko
paprastesnio ar
ai邸kesnio u転 tai
Tereikia tik duoti m笛s迭 CNS
informacij apie tai, k ji jau
