Managing the coordination of traffic and highway consents for the TCRSU project, Kelley works very closely with all section heads to understand their requirements that have a direct impact on the highways, traffic and pedestrian flows around the very complex and congested work site located in one of the busiest areas in London. Kelley seeks consent approval from the key stakeholders whilst building strong relationships with them based on trust and professionalism over her five years on the project, facilitating approval processes and de-risking programme delays due to issues around traffic management ie. remodelling of interchange between Charing Cross Road/Tottenham Court Road/Oxford Street to allow the works to proceed without delay. Hand in hand with the consents side of Kelleys role, she also oversees the Stakeholder/Community Liaison element of the project, being the key interface between the project, stakeholders and the community; she coordinates, organises and heads efforts to represent the client favourably via sending out activity notifications and one-to-one meetings. Managing responses to complaints and enquiries received through the Crossrail Helpline and the day-to-day communications with the local businesses and communities. Activity notifications informing the community and businesses regarding specific elements of the works. Managing the TCRSU site photography each monthly, ensuring both TWBN and London Underground received the latest images that captured each element of the core works. Working closely with the Settlement Monitoring Team. Managing the TWBN charity contributions and donations raised by on going initiatives. Working closely with the Settlement and Monitoring team to commission and now decommission thousands of prisms and monitoring equipment from the facades of all neighbouring buildings in close proximity to the project area. Preparation and presentation for Considerate Constructor Scheme audit visits (TCRSU winners of Gold/Silver and Bronze Awards). Kelley produces monthly project updates with circulation of 650 stakeholders.

This meant they held latest information to consider the works, in turn reducing the potential for complaints. Data Systems Manager Network Rail TPWS Project Nov 2001 to Jan 2003 Interfacing with contractors and Network Rail staff to manage the successful collection and input of data into TAMAR using managed resources. Kelley took over the position when TAMAR, the asset data system for the TPWS project, was in a poor state and successfully turned it around to achieve high audit marks for compliance to Network Rail data requirements and scope.
