As with any major city centre infrastructure scheme, there are a multitude of consents (Schedules 3 and 7) to be
granted by local authorities who, for TCRSU, include: London Borough of Camden, Westminster City Council,
TfL highways and buses. Managing the coordination of traffic and highway consents for the TCRSU project,
Kelley works very closely with all section heads to understand their requirements that have a direct impact on
the highways, traffic and pedestrian flows around the very complex and congested work site located in one of
the busiest areas in London. Kelley seeks consent approval from the key stakeholders whilst building strong
relationships with them based on trust and professionalism over her five years on the project, facilitating
approval processes and de-risking programme delays due to issues around traffic management ie. remodelling
of interchange between Charing Cross Road/Tottenham Court Road/Oxford Street to allow the works to

Hand in hand with the consents side of Kelleys role, she also oversees the Stakeholder/Community Liaison
element of the project, being the key interface between the project, stakeholders and the community; she
coordinates, organises and heads efforts to represent the client favourably via sending out activity notifications
and one-to-one meetings.
Managing responses to complaints and enquiries received through the Crossrail Helpline and the day-to-day
