Main Responsibilities & Duties:
 Build and supervision the Quality Control Teams and Works.
 Raw Material, in process and Final Tests and supervised.
 Establishment Raw material , In-process and final test plans for L.V ,M.V and H.V.
cables with a suitable to the latest International Standards mainly IEC, BS, ASTM,
AEIC ,with SEC.,DEWA,ADWEA and SABIC ( specifications) as applicable.
 Arrange monthly yield report for consumption material to the Top management.
 Building the organization system for the QC such as job descriptions, procedures & ISO documents).
 Start using Process capabilities in a Six Sigma project Cp and Cpk and KPI.
 Supervision on H.V. Room building with Heafely team, operating it up to 350kV, and
solving trouble shooting of H.V testing equipments.
 Arrangements for Witness test from Customers
 Implementing 5S system in all Quality Control department locations
 Put the annual budget of Quality Control Department with KPI and follow up the correct
consumption to be matched with approval budget.
 Supervise partial discharge testing of MV & HV cables as per IEC 60502-2, IEC

(SOP) for activities as in below:
a) Planning procedure.
b) Warehouse procedure.
c) Quality objectives.
d) Approved suppliers.
e) Corrective /preventive action and performance measurement for these actions after
implemented.
f) Non-conformity procedure and failure investigation (any abnormalities), incident by
using FMEA tools and Root cause analysis (Ishikawa diagram).
o Modify sampling method in according to AQL from raw material up to finish goods;
take into consideration risk taker ratio according to BSI 6001.
