This document presents a case study on a 50-year-old male patient who presented with frequent urination, fatigue, blurred vision, weight loss, and abdominal pain. Laboratory tests revealed high cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose levels, and evidence of microangiopathy. The patient was diagnosed with kidney stones and diabetes. He was prescribed medications including Aceclofenac, Rabeprazole, and topical Flubriprofen to treat his conditions. The pharmacist counseled the patient on maintaining a normal body weight, regular exercise, and avoiding activities that could aggravate his kidney stones.
