This evaluation and redesign fit within the context of the Georgia State University campus plan and included conceptual design of two replacement buildings proposed for construction adjacent to the plaza. New Fujairah International Airport, Dubai, UAE. A new 1,350,000-SF terminal/concourse, new 7,000-car parking deck, and roadway improvements. The additions to the facility will not only include a Hangar but also Operations and Maintenance Spaces and Asphalt Paving of approximately 27,650 SY. *PBK S.A., Warsaw, Poland. Mr. Goralski served as Surveyor and Designer for this 8,072 SF conversion of restaurant to Bank Office interior *Paslek Hospital Addition, Paslek, Poland. Mr. Goralski served as Designer and Project Manager for addition of new 70,629 CF hospital kitchen building.

Cofer Branch Library, Tucker, GA Mr. Goralski served as Architectural Designer, responsible for the development of significant design elements for conceptual, schematic and design development, working with the technical team during the construction document phase and confirming design intent throughout the life of the project. This 25,000-SF area library will provide an enhanced level of service to walk-in customers, as compared to other branch libraries, and will provide reference and administrative support to smaller neighboring branches in east central DeKalb County. The project will pursue LEED速 certification. Stonecrest Branch Library, Lithonia, GA Mr. Goralski served as Architectural Designer, responsible for the development of significant design elements for conceptual, schematic and design development, working with the technical team during the construction document phase and confirming design intent throughout the life of the project. This $5M, 25,000-SF area library, will provide an enhanced level of service to walk-in customers, as well as provide reference and administrative support to smaller neighboring branches in southeast DeKalb County. The project is going for LEED速 certified. *Non-LEO A DALY project
