2009 年初夏某天我一個人一輛車計劃沒有計劃只想漫無目的到處亂晃感覺夏天的散漫

如果有個世界一切都緩慢沒有人很匆忙也沒有人在亂我想那地方大概就是天堂就讓我們一起在這個島上散漫

從前的草嶺隧道搖身一變成了今日的單車步道以前的人開隧道趕時間而我只想騎進隧道消磨時間

原住民老農用著國台原三種混合語跟我說小兄弟最近天氣我不明白稻子那個死翹翹我很無奈

這些卑南遺址的石板棺就這樣活生生的躺在眼前原來歷史可以離我們這麼近打了個冷顫趕快下山去

天氣好可以看到綠島天氣再好可以看見蘭嶼原住民的朋友告訴我如果看到蘭嶼那就是快要下大雨

枋野的午後熱到無法前進點了一杯芒果冰沙嗑完再繼續賣冰小姐說已經不青春了這麼 high 要到哪去

退休後才學吉他的阿公說這裡有我孩童時滿滿的記憶為什麼在這裡唱歌彈琴沒有為什麼因為這裡最美麗

從阿公的眼神望去我找到了最單純的美麗我不再急著尋覓原來真正的美麗是要學著放慢腳步用心感受這塊土地

WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS HIKING BOOK? It’s a highly visual full-color book with 400+ photos and customized maps displayed throughout. Four pages are dedicated to each hike, which include up to 15 color photos and detailed maps featuring topography, marked trails, distances, elevation, and trail highlights. As a graphic designer, I’ve focused on making the book’s design easy to use and providing a much more visual approach to the subject than currently exists. WHO IS THE BOOK FOR? Anyone who loves to spend time in the outdoors. Most of the hikes covered are easy to moderate in difficulty, with only a few that are more difficult challenges. You don’t need to be an avid hiker, but I hope you will become one after exploring the areas covered in this book. Along with several hikes that are well known and popular, I’ve shown areas that are less familiar yet still have enough interesting features to make a longer drive or extra physical effort on the trail well worth it. WHAT AREAS DOES IT COVER? Instead of trying to cover all hiking possibilities in the region, I focused on 25 hikes that I consider to be the best in the Portland region: ranging from the Oregon Coast to Mount Hood, and from Southwest Washington to the Central Cascades.

Mobile advertising prices rose dramatically in Q4 of 2012, with effective CPMs increasing over 50% and the iPad overtaking the iPhone as the most popular device. While prices increased across all devices and operating systems in the fourth quarter, the iPad saw the largest gains, with average eCPMs reaching $1.40. Advertising performance remained high even after the New Year, with click-through rates on some devices surpassing holiday levels from December. Social networking and sports apps were the most popular among advertisers, though health and fitness apps saw a decline. Rich media ads received higher prices but yielded only slightly better click-through rates than other formats.

Lisa Holmes presented on the Portland AIGA chapter's sustainability initiative from May 2008 to April 2010. The initiative began after Lisa discovered AIGA's focus on sustainability at a 2008 leadership retreat. She took on the role of sustainability chair and developed a mission, goals, and objectives to promote sustainable practices among designers. Key events and accomplishments included forming a green team, hosting speaker events like Compostmodern PDX and SHIFT, developing online sustainability resources, and planning the 2010 Green Design Expo for Earth Day. The initiative successfully raised awareness of sustainability issues among the local design community.

Exploring Congenital Heart Defects: Tricsupid Atresiaguest5da87d

Tricuspid atresia is a congenital heart defect where the tricuspid valve is absent, preventing blood flow from the right atrium to the right ventricle. This leads to an underdeveloped or absent right ventricle, causing inadequate oxygenation. Multiple surgeries are needed over a lifetime to redirect blood flow, starting with a shunt in infancy and potentially including the bidirectional Glenn and Fontan procedures or heart transplantation. Musician Paul Cardall survived 22 years after his Fontan procedure before receiving a life-saving heart transplant at age 43 despite being given only a short life expectancy with his complex heart condition at birth.
