Leah Cohen is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who has worked in several renowned New York City kitchens, including Park Avenue Caf辿 under chef David Burke. She traveled to Sicily to work at a Michelin-starred restaurant focusing on Mediterranean cuisine, then returned to the US to work under Daniel Humm at Eleven Madison Park. Cohen joined Anne Burrell at Centro Vinoteca, where she explored Italian cooking and was featured on Top Chef. After success on the show, she became executive chef at Centro Vinoteca.
