Cheryl Yeo interned at SCDA Interiors Pte Ltd from November 2015 to February 2016. She displayed a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Cheryl quickly learned office procedures and technical skills like material selection and Autocad. She contributed valuable work on multiple projects, from schematic development through final styling stages. Cheryl helped with rendering, plans, and elevations for a 21 Anderson Road residential project. She also competently edited and compiled documentation for a hotel project in China, demonstrating basic joinery design skills. This letter is my personal recommendation for Cheryl Yeo. Cheryl was an intern in the lnterior
Design department for SCDA lnteriors Pte Ltd for the period of 23 November 2015 - 05 February
2016.
Cheryl has a positive attitude and displays eagerness to learn about the company operations. She
also possesses a keen sense of observation and is quick to learn the office procedures and other
technical knowledge on material selection and application and software skills such as Autocad.
Throughout her full three-month internship, Cheryl has been a valuable addition to both the FF&E
and Fixed lD teams with the various projects that were assigned to her.
Cheryl was involved in projects ranging from the early schematic development stages through to
the last stages of styling. She parlicipated in both the schematic and design development stages
for 21 Anderson Road - Addition and Alteration (A&A) Residential project where she helped with
rendering materials on plans and elevations of all unit types public areas of the development on
Photoshop. Her commitment and reliability to meet the presentation deadline was extremely
appreciated.
She also showed competence in editing, compiling and publishing documentation drawings for the
LaLu hotel development project in Nanjing, China, She demonstrated knowledge in basic joinery
design where she assisted with drafting wardrobes and editing elevations on Autocad.
Other projects involved her with assisting with mounting material boards and helping with material
and FF&E selections. Her willingness to learn and help out with tasks makes her a great asset to
the team.
