Through a personal experience protecting his family from a destructive tornado, Stephen was inspired to create a high quality underground shelter system for the ultimate safety for his family and yours. The LifePod™ premium storm shelters come in a variety of sizes such as four, ten, fourteen, and thirty person options. Each come with a safety whistle, three point latching system, hinge bolts removable from outside, through-bolted cap using stainless steel bolts, brass nuts, and gasket washers. Impact testing done as a unit approved by American Tornado Shelter Association as well as an aggressive, non-slip step treads for your complete safety. We are currently serving several states in the U.S. to include: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas. LifePod™ creates each storm shelter with quality and durability in mind. We provide marine grade resins, gel coats, and hardware. Each uses finished fiberglass, no wood, non-skid floor, using aluminum and stainless steel hardware. Also includes high density, closed cell foam stringer system, engineered polyester bonding putty, highly engineered laminate schedule, and methyl methacrylate used for bonding and sealing for triple bead of adhesive on main flange.
