Sous un 3e angle, elle est le produit d’un processus d’enrichissement et de perfectionnement des individus, qui relève essentiellement de l’éducation. La 4e vision de la culture est qu’elle une dynamique évolutive qui anime toutes les sociétés aux niveaux local et mondial. Le 5è angle sous lequel on peut voir la culture est qu’elle est le produit d’une époque et d’un lieu déterminés. Enfin, la culture est une ressource renouvelable quand on l’entretient avec soin pour qu’elle se développe et s’épanouisse, et qui risque de disparaître ou d’être détruite si on la néglige. Ce livre est un outil pour les administrations publiques et des structures chargées de stimuler le développement local par la promotion de la culture.

Avec la libéralisation du commerce, les importateurs du monde entier sont libres d’importer des marchandises, a l’exception de celle prohibées ou soumise à des mesures restrictives. Suite à l’opération d’importation, les marchandises sont soumises à un régime douanier des leurs arriver sur le territoire douanier. Face aux difficultés rencontrées par les pays de l’hinterland (dépourvu de littoral) tels le TCHAD ET LA RCA qui sont des pays de la zone CEMAC, il a été ratifier des accords de partenariat entre le CAMEROUN et ces derniers, authentifier ici par l’acte ministériel n0 03/001/CF/MINEFIIDD du 02 janvier 2003, portant procédure des marchandises en transit au Cameroun. Aux vues des multiplies prorogatives que le régime de transit accorde aux pays réceptionnistes des marchandises de façon théorique, bon nombre de constats basées sur des recherches et des constatations propres nous permettant de comprendre que transiter une marchandise n’est pas aussi facile que l’on puisse l’imaginer dans notre pays. Allant des couts de débourse jusqu’aux délais de livraison, de nombreuses contraintes vont à l’encontre de l’opération économique du pays destinataire de la marchandise et même d’autres acteurs en relation de cette opération de transit. Qu’en est -il exactement ? Dégager le flou sur les questions de transit et même de dédouanement des marchandises sera notre chevalet durant cet exercice.

1. CEMAC's regional integration remains shallow despite its ambitious Vision 2025 goals. Recorded intra-CEMAC trade is only 2-5% of members' total trade, the lowest among African blocs.
2. The 2014-15 oil price shock severely impacted CEMAC economies and renewed commitment to deeper integration. Under PREF-CEMAC, reforms aim to improve fiscal coordination, accelerate regional integration, enhance the business climate, and diversify economies.
3. Analyses indicate significant growth gains from deeper integration by removing obstacles to trade, capital flows, and labor mobility. However, CEMAC must strengthen implementation of its common policies and address political obstacles to full regional cooperation.Course Entrepreneurial Finance

At the Master or PhD levels, this course examines the framework for return on investment calculation and criteria in new ventures, cash management techniques and controls for small businesses; equity and debt sources and their criteria for investment in new businesses; additional sources of capital and entry strategies for new businesses. This course covers the financial skills needed at each level and phase of a new venture‟s development. Students review the equity and debt markets for startup firms and alternative entry strategies such as franchising and acquisition. At the end of this course, an online assessment will be conducted!

With a background in projects spanning more than 40 years, Tim Lyons specialised in the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes for clients including Crossrail, Network Rail, ExxonMobil, Siemens and in patent development. His first career was in broadcasting, where he designed and built commercial radio station studios in Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol, also working as a presenter and programme producer. Tim now writes and presents extensively on matters relating to the human and neurological aspects of projects, including communication, ethics and coaching. He holds a Master’s degree in NLP, is an NLP Master Practitioner and International Coach. He is the Deputy Lead for APM’s People Interest Network.

The SWWE Regional Network were very pleased to welcome Aalok Sonawala, Head of PMO, National Programmes, Rider Levett Bucknall on 26 February, to BAWA for our first face to face event of 2025. Aalok is a member of APM’s Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APM’s PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMO’s within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.
