 Led re-platform project for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) that migrated data from DB2 to Oracle database and
mainframe reports and programs from COBOL to JAVA/CrystalReports on a UNIXserver that provided financial
departments with critical data for the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), California Public Utilities
Commission (CPUC) and shareholder reporting. Responsibilities included development of project plan and scope,
identification and mitigation of risks and issues, management of project cost, scope, tasks, and cross project
dependencies.
 Managed project to provide On Bill Repayment to residential and commercial customers of low interest energy
efficiency loans, as mandated by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Responsibilities include project
life-cycle, status reporting, managing budget, resources,and schedule. Additionally, it included communicating and
coordinating with entities representing the CPUC,other Investor Owned Utilities, and 3rd
party vendors.
