From Mar11 to Dec12 with 2X150 MW Nagai power Project (KVK Energy) Hyedrabad as Engineer Projects (Mechanical). Review the Basic and Detail drawings in BTG Boiler P&IDs, Turbine, Generator, Piping and other equipments coming Inside the Power House Building and in BOP -Air Cooled Condenser, Plant Water system, Coal Handling Plant and Ash Handling Plant Co-ordination between our Engineering team, EPC contractor, Turbine vendor & sub vendor, Air cooled condenser vendor and our consultant for resolving engineering issues. Maintain project schedule, Progress and MIS Report. Technical follow-ups with the vendors for all related drawings. Follow up with vendors regarding material delivery / manufacturing Status. Leading Weekly Progress meetings with all departments (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and C&I) to monitor their progress and recording it in MS Excel and circulating to everyone involved with the Project. Frame Monthly Progress Report for Lenders Engineer. Involved in review meetings held by Top Management with vendors on Monthly Basis.

Boiler, (under the PGDC course of NPTI(PETS) is duly recognized by AICTE and Central Electricity Authority).Also, it authorizes the engineer to operate or undertake the maintenance of 100MW or above capacity power plant. Completed scheme tracing modules for various steam, water, coal cycles for the 210MW (Unit -5). Completed rotational on job trainings (operation & maintenance) for an entire 45 days period.
