  • 16. Allows students to develop their knowledge, personalities and communication skills in a safe environment

Allows students to experience the hands-on experience of developing projects and learning through understanding and making mistakes of their own rather than memorizing chapters of books.Question3The MCM department’s website hosts content in the areas of information, interactivity, and networking. Its strong suit is the information index where it scored 8 points. To be noted, The MCM department’s website target audiences are current MCM students and future MCM students and those who are willing to transfer to the Mass Communication major.
  • 18. RecommendationsWe have no recommendations regarding the information index where we believe that it’s fully enriched.
  • 19. To enrich the AUS MCM department website we recommend that the department insert facebook and twitter pages of the current and past students so that they can see what the current and past students are doing and have done.
  • 20. The MCM Department Website could implement a instant chat program which allows the students to communicate with their professors at certain times for help or just to catch up, and for future students to ask about programs and studies directly at professors.
  • 21. To add a fun side to the department, we could add a MCM test to see if you personality and interests fits those of an MCM-er. We want students to visit the MCM department’s website more often; however; students must have an incentive to do something. Therefore, we suggest that professors provide an incentive to students. For example, professors can give bonus points on whoever comes up with innovative ideas that can be implemented on the website. By doing that, students are forced to not only visit the website, but also to look carefully for assets that can be enhanced.
  • 22. To accomplish a long term relationship, professors could give students weekly activities that involve visiting the MCM department’s website
  • 23. The MCM department’s gallery should include all the department’s recent pictures and activities.
  • 24. Also, the website should include current permanent and part time jobs that are available out there.THANK YOU
