Agenda This week again we reviewed the work we had or had not done. All three of us had bits of work missing from the blog and so decided to complete that this week and we did. I did Narrative Theory and Pre Questionnaire as a Poll on the blog, Chloe did her analysis of a thriller sequence and Ruheet did his health and safety, budget and storyboard. As well as catching up on work that we didn’t do we had more work that was to push forward with the paper work and get started A.S.A.P on production planning. The next meeting is to list when and where we will film and what we will need with us.

The meeting minutes summarized a meeting that took place on November 18, 2011 at 9:00 AM in room A29 of the OPHS Media Room. Mariam Nawab chaired the meeting attended by Chloe and Ruheet. They reviewed footage shot during a production night, with Chloe taking notes on shots used and Ruheet categorizing shot types to begin editing. Mariam assigned tasks to all attendees, with her and Chloe listening to music options while Ruheet edited the film. The next meeting would focus on adding sound.

Mariam, Chloe and Ruheet met to assign roles for their film production. Mariam nominated herself as Director, Ruheet volunteered as Editor, and Chloe volunteered as Camera Person. They agreed on these roles based on their individual skills. They also decided on the company name "Coldblood Productions" to fit the thriller genre of their film. According to their production schedule, they planned to immediately start work on the film for the entire upcoming week.

We are using an SD card to save still images and film as a backup. A tripod is being used to secure the camera and get the desired shots and angles for filming. Still pictures are being taken so that different shots, angles, lighting, and locations can be evaluated to determine if they are suitable for the supernatural thriller film being created. A video camera is being used to film the opening scene. A computer will be used to edit the film, add sound, and publish the finished product using available software. Scribd and the internet will be utilized to present and publish the film online.
