- 2. BLACK. We hear uncomfortably loud white noise that gets interrupted by the sound of an alarm. INT. - APARTMENT - DAY Sepia and low angle shots form here on out. Camera pans from the hallway to the bedroom. We see a ELYON (27) disheveled and tired as she opens the curtains in a haste as she scratches her eyes as she shuffles across to the doorframe. Before the ELYON reaches the doorway, the camera pans and moves toward to the kitchen. EYLON's legs brush the camera as we see her reach for the cabinets. MCU of the rim of a mug and liquid being poured. MCU of the rim of a bowl and cereal circles dropping into it. As the camera pans slowly towards EYLON is at the living room table trying to multitasking as she scoffs down a spoonful of cereal, ties up her hair. Going back and forth glancing towards a laptop and stack of papers next to her. The camera pans across towards a bathroom door. Eylon follows the movement and goes into the bathroom and closes the door. Camera focused on the door as we hear it being locked. water dripping. teeth brushing...*??then a few minutes of silence and pee noises??*... water running, clothes being tossed and a zip. Door unlocks. EYLON comes out hopping as she puts on a sock, bumping into the camera as she walks back to the kitchen. Camera quickly pans towards the living room table as she reaches for the table. MCU hands organizing a stack of papers. MCU putting the cereal spoon in a pencil case. MCU laptop being put in a bag MCU taking the spoon out. Camera slowly moves towards ELYON as she sits while putting on a jacket. As she reaches down tie her shoes, we see her sock is inside out. she subtly swats the camera away from her and stands.
- 3. 2. She quickly checks herself in the mirror and lint rolls her jacket then pats it down neatly. Last check in the mirror before heading to the door. CU lint rolls clothes. CU grabbing her keys. CU grabbing door handle. LS of the the main door closes behind her. Camera pans around the room slowly and back away towards the living room and then fully pans once more before resting to face the kitchen, keeping the main door in peripheral vision ... silence overlaps again briefly... We hear the keys start to open the door. As the camera whips towards the door, we see the lady open her arms out towards the camera, hearing EYLON speaking baby talk. Sepia tones start fading to normal as we see a dog run up to EYLON. --- VO will basically be talking about Eylon through the eyes of her dog. It'll VO thats nonstop kinda almost faint in aspirations portraying that she's scrambling (which she in fact is) and at the end basically saying she's a mess but she's my human. Not sure if this would be enough tension for a character project?
