PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
 Co-ordinate with administration department in Execution of Human Resources strategy and
various activities to be in lined with company mission statement and vision
 Establishes and maintains professional healthy working relationships with all employees within
and externally from and to other departments
 Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies
 JOB PROFILE:
 Create and maintain employees personnel files
 Handling the records of all employees and maintaining the database.
 Performing all administrative activities such as and not limited to collating information for the
Accounting Section on changes in employee compensation due to promotions, salary increases
etc.
 Updating HR System and leave administration activities including but not limited to processing
leave applications, documentation of leave records and disbursement of leave salary.
 maintaining records of employees pertaining to benefits, promotions, retirement packages, exit
interviews, final settlements, vacations among others; and ensure that the personnel files are
updated
 Process, update and maintains Iqama (Residence permit) information of the employees.
 Update and maintain all information of the employees regarding Passport
(Passport Number, issue and expiry date of passport).
 Prepare letter in the name of consulate for the renewal of Passport for the employee.
 Arrange transportation for employee.
 Provide general administrative support to all staff by issuing general letters in the name of the
company to banks, consulates etc.
 Prepare,proceedandapplyfor vehiclesregistrationas pergovernmentlaws.
 Prepare,apply andmaintainfilefor the insuranceofcompanysvehicles.
 Issuing Memo and letter head as per requirement to communicate with other department
 Pay Government bills, mobile bills etc. through internet and maintain records
 Make new and renew employee health cards as well as accidental insurance
 Handling the payroll completely and independently with a backup person from the HR
Department. Provide general administrative support to all staff by issuing general letters in the
name of the company to banks, consulates etc.
 Excellent command on HRIS
 Oversee the central HR Administration: - Employee Offer letters, Salary letters and employment
contracts, approve updated organizational charts on a monthly basis and maintain
complete/accurate personnel records
 Maintains stocking, organization and inventory of office supplies
 Generating Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Requisition, Sanction Request, Work
Order
 Maintaining the HR relationship with candidates from their hiring till joining
 Sourcing candidates from database of job site, referrals, drafting of advertisement, mass mailing,
social networking and consultants
 Assisting in general administration, coordination, HR operations and related activities
 Maintaining records pertaining attendance, leaves, leave encashment etc. and payroll preparation
as well as Personnel files and records
 Positively creates ongoing strategic partnerships, and is sought out by management for advice
and solution to emerging, complex issues. Brings critical expertise to the HR function, which is
aligned with  and positively impacts the business
 Plans, suggest, recommend and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity
 Provide active support in recruitment, interviews, and selects appropriate candidates to fill vacant
positions
 Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
 Help in the Design control procedures, company procedures, and technical design guides if
applicable
