Karbohidrat memang penting bagi tubuh kita karena sebagai sumber energi bagi sel tubuh namun memakan terlalu banyak karbohidrat seperti nasi sebaiknya dihindari karena terlalu banyak karbohidrat maka energi yang tidak digunakan akan disimpan dalam bentuk lemak di tubuh terutama diperut. Sebaiknya seimbangkan antara karbohirat dengan protein dan vitamin. Perbanyak makan makanan yang mengandung protein seperti daging, telur, tempe, tahu dan sebagainya karena protein sangat penting dalam pembentukan sel dan penambahan massa otot.
Tips 2. Perbanyak latihan beban
Biasanya untuk orang yang bertubuh kurus, sangat gemar bersepeda atau lari. Olahraga tersebut sangat bagus karena bisa meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh namun sayangnya tidak meningkatkan massa otot. Untuk meningkatkan massa otot anda harus melakukan olahraga angkat beban di fitness center karena dengan mengangkat beban, otot akan lebih terpacu menjadi lebih berkembang dan pertumbuhan sel otot akan lebih maksimal.
Tips 3. Kontrol aktivitas anda
Seseorang yang bertubuh kurus biasanya memiliki aktivitas yang cukup tinggi karena tidak mudah lelah namun aktivitas yang berlebihan seperti begadang hingga larut malam tentu akan menurunkan kesehatan tubuh. Tubuh sangat membutuhkan istirahat yang cukup, kurang tidur akan membuat metabolisme tubuh terganggu sehingga pembentukan otot kurang maksimal.

2013 brought great opportunity for giving back to the community we call home. The REALTORS and affiliates of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors came together for its annual Chili Cook Off in October. The event sponsors food for local school kids during breaks from the normal weekend off to longer holiday breaks and throughout summer vacation. Crye-Leike was privileged to once again participate and helped to raise more than $8,000 for the kids. The REALTORS and staff of Crye-Leike donned their saloon girl dresses, cowboy hats and holsters and built the Long Branch Saloon made famous in the 1950's TV hit show "Gun Smoke". We were honored for the second year in a row to take home the 1st Place Trophy for Best Booth and 2nd Place for Spirit Award (Most Money Raised - by a single organization). 2013 brought great opportunity for giving back to the community we call home. The REALTORS and affiliates of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors came together for its annual Chili Cook Off in October. The event sponsors food for local school kids during breaks from the normal weekend off to longer holiday breaks and throughout summer vacation. Crye-Leike was privileged to once again participate and helped to raise more than $8,000 for the kids. The REALTORS and staff of Crye-Leike donned their saloon girl dresses, cowboy hats and holsters and built the Long Branch Saloon made famous in the 1950's TV hit show "Gun Smoke". We were honored for the second year in a row to take home the 1st Place Trophy for Best Booth and 2nd Place for Spirit Award (Most Money Raised - by a single organization).
