Skills Required: 
即 Strong working Knowledge in .Net technologies. 
即 Technically Strong in: 
即 .NET 2.0/3.5/4 framework, ,C#, ASP .NET, AJAX. Web Services 
即 Should have experience in MVC 4 (Routing, Authentication) 
即 Good in Jquery Events, Tables, Check boxes. 
即 Caching, Authentication in Asp.Net 
即 High level and low level design 
即 Primary Skills: .Net (asp.net,C#.net), MVC 4 
即 Secondary Skills: SQL Sever 2008 & Above. 
即 Bachelor's degree. 
Requisites: 
As a Junior / Mid Level Developer: 
即 Developer will be working with a team of mid to senior level developers on new application development as 
well as enhancing and supporting existing in-house developed applications. 
即 Sound Technical Knowledge 
即 Minimum 1 year experience on .Net technologies with above the skills 
即 Self Confidence and flair to learn new skills, Understanding and ability to work independently and as a team 
member 
即 Good Communication Skills 
即 Self-starter and ability to pick-up on the job quickly. 
As a Sr. Developer: 
即 Process driven and ability to work quickly and turn around requests on time 
即 Minimum 3+ years experience on .Net technologies 
即 Proven problem solving and debugging skills. 
即 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic. 
即 Must be flexible, adaptable, and available for support during non-standard hours.
即 Developer should be creative in their approach to designing the user interface, with emphasis on simplicity 
and enhancing the overall user experience. 
As a Project Manager: 
即 Hands on Project Management experience. 
即 Also responsible for analyzing requirements and to design and present solutions to the business problems. 
即 Be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. 
即 Be flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment. 
即 Must be a fast learner. Be able to come up to speed on new applications and technology in a very short 
amount of time. 
即 Must be details oriented, with strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. 
即 High degree of self-motivation, Organizational, Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once. 
即 Excellent communication skills are a must  this role will work with users at various levels" 
即 The role will involve working with the Business Analysts and end users to help identify requirements.
