Nobody is coming to save you...
1. NOBODY IS COMING
TO SAVE YOU
You have to show up for yourself.
@ketainthemountains
2. IT'S NOT A CLICHE...
Be absolutely careful what you ask for
because you just might get it - and when
it shows up, it ain't playing.
Are you ready?
@ketainthemountains
3. THIS IS WHAT YOU ASKED FOR...
Roll with the setbacks, issues and blockers like a G.
No seriously, be ruthless in getting to the solutions.
This the life you chose.

4. COMPLAINING GETS YOU NOWHERE.
Vent if you have to with safe ears, cry if you have to in
private, but stand up, take accountability and find all
ways possible to keep moving forward.
Again, this the life you chose.

5. FIND YOUR CORE TEAM
You're gonna have to find the folks who can get with your
working and communication style. And who can see your
vision.
The stronger the team, the higher you'll go.

6. LEARN TO PLAY THE HAND YOU'RE GIVEN
Anticipate the next move. Scope your advantages. Learn the pitfalls. Use
strategy. And if you lose? Take notes and get ready for the next game.
We're all playing the game whether we like it or not. So why not
play to win?

7. LOOK OUT FOR SELF FIRST
You can thank capitalism for that one. Or just plain old
human nature. Being kind is a form of social grace - be
firm when you have to be and you will have to be.
This is apparently the secret to winning:
Learn when to be selfish.
