leading IT companies in Ukraine
During the clay master class we discovered that
the major reason for conflicts between
administrative and service departments was their
intention to be located separately. The wish not to
be neighbors triggered even more conflicts and
problems increased because employees did not
want to work close by. A solution which we found
together with the owners allowed administrative team to feel isolated and at the same time to be
in the heart of support possesses. On the
picture, you can see administrative seats are
on the left and support team seats are on the
right. To segregate the administrative area,
we introduced two different covering zones on
the floor and applied different design on the
ceiling, even though the design highlights the
individual character of the two departments
both teams are still supporting same
processes which are key for the company.
