I found his knowledge of planning to be excellent. Mr. Frasier came to class well prepared to teach, and executed his lessons effectively and efficiently. His rapport with the students was also very effective. Mr. Frasier learned how to manage the day, to effectively transition from one grade to another, and to adjust to the schedule as needed to meet the needs of all students. He also took part in many extracurricular duties and activities. I believe that Mr. Frasier has the knowledge, skills, and desire to be an outstanding teacher.
