Paul Revere was a patriot known for his midnight ride on April 18, 1775, where he warned that the British were coming to attack Lexington and Concord. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1735 and died in 1818. Revere supported the revolutionary cause in other ways as well, such as participating in the Boston Tea Party and helping to write the Declaration of Independence.
