Infinity Creative Co. conducted in-person interviews with parents to gauge awareness and perceptions of Peak Performance Athletic Center. They interviewed parents at an OSU baseball game and at Peak Performance, obtaining information through note-taking and audio recording. The interviews focused on learning whether parents' children participated in baseball/softball, what parents looked for in athletic training centers, and how much they would pay for private lessons. The goal was to understand how people find out about Peak Performance and what could be improved to attract potential customers.
