The UL2 apartment building in downtown Phoenix recently held its grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony. The architect is proud to have been the senior designer on the project team that worked tirelessly for over 3 years to bring the building to fruition. The 4-story, 70-unit building contains loft studios and apartments with amenities like a courtyard, observation lounge, and street-level community spaces. It will help revitalize the neighborhood as an affordable housing development through a federal tax credit program.
