Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a whiffle ball and solid paddles. Points are scored only by the serving side when the receiving side fails to return the ball or hits it out of bounds. A game is won by reaching 11 points with a two point margin.
Volleyball was invented in 1895 by William Morgan at the YMCA in Holyoke, Massachusetts. He originally called it Mintonette but it was later renamed volleyball after a spectator commented on the amount of volleying. The game is played by two teams on a court divided by a high net, with rules around serving, hitting, and scoring. Players must volley the ball back and forth over the net without carrying or throwing it and cannot hit the ball twice in succession.
Football, also known as soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of 11 players each using their feet, legs, torso and head to pass, control and shoot a ball into the opposing team's goal. Soccer has roots dating back thousands of years to ancient games played in China, Japan, Greece and Rome that involved kicking a ball, with the modern game developing in England in 1863 when rugby and soccer split into separate sports and the Football Association was formed as the first governing body. While the precise origins are disputed, many early ball games involved trying to kick an object through an opening or pass it without it touching the ground, and over centuries different versions evolved and spread in various cultures with rules developing into the modern game of soccer.
The document provides an overview of goalkeeping, including:
1. It outlines the key factors in a goalkeeper's development and performance - technique/tactics/theory, physical fitness, and psychological preparation.
2. It describes the stages of a goalkeeper's general preparation based on age, from 6-18 years old, focusing on developing skills, physical abilities, and mental strength at each stage.
3. It explains that a goalkeeper's performance depends on mastering techniques, having good physical fitness, and being psychologically prepared, and that a systematic, long-term approach is needed to develop across these factors.

Soccer has origins in ancient ball games played around the world dating back thousands of years. In medieval Europe, early versions of soccer involved entire villages playing chaotic matches with an inflated pig's bladder. The modern game began to take shape in 19th century England, where Cobb Morley established the first organized rules and tournaments, laying the foundation for what would become the worldwide sport of soccer. Key elements like the field size, teams of 11 players, and goals were standardized through these early rulemaking efforts.

Fillol, Zoff, N’Kono, Schmeichel, Barthez, Kahn, Buffon and
Casillas are deeply etched in the memories of football fans.

Table tennis, originally called ping pong, is a sport played with paddles and a lightweight ball on a table divided by a net. It was developed in England in the late 1800s as an after-dinner game for British officers stationed in Asia and Africa. Table tennis requires excellent hand-eye coordination and concentration from players as they must position the ball with spin to different areas of the opponent's side of the table. The sport grew in popularity and the first World Championship was held in 1927, with Olympic table tennis debuting in 1988. Key skills include forehand and backhand strokes with topspin or backspin as well as serving.

Billiards, also known as cue sports, involve using a cue stick to strike balls on a cloth-covered rectangular table. The game uses various pieces of equipment including cue sticks, billiard balls, and a billiards table. Players must use proper technique such as stance, grip, and shooting form to aim and pocket balls. The goal is to clear one's designated balls, usually stripes or solids, before pocketing the 8-ball to win the game. 9-ball follows similar rules but uses numbered balls 1 through 9 with the goal of pocketing the 9-ball last.

Table tennis (also known as ping-pong or whiff-whaff) is a racket sport derived from tennis but distinguished by its playing surface being atop a stationary table, rather than the court on which players stand. Either individually or in teams of two, players take alternating turns returning a light, hollow ball over the table's net onto the opposing half of the court using small rackets until they fail to do so, which results in a point for the opponent. Play is fast, requiring quick reaction and constant attention, and is characterized by an emphasis on spin relative to other ball sports, which can heavily affect the ball's trajectory.
Owed to its small minimum playing area, its ability to be played indoors in all climates, and relative accessibility of equipment, table tennis is enjoyed worldwide not just as a competitive sport, but as a common recreational pastime among players of all levels and ages.
Billiards, also known as cue sports, are games played on a rectangular table with balls and a stick called a cue. The most common types are 8-ball and 9-ball. In 8-ball, players must sink balls of the same category (stripes or solids) before pocketing the 8-ball. In 9-ball, the lowest numbered ball must be struck first until the 9-ball is sunk to win. Proper equipment includes cue sticks, billiard balls, and a table with pockets. Games are won by clearing one's category of balls and then sinking the final ball into the designated pocket.

Basic rules you need to know before playing
this sport.
After the ball bounce on each side of the net,
the players can hit the ball without bounce as
long as they are not in the kitchen ( the non-
volley zone). You can not hit the ball in the air
without a bounce while you are in the kitchen.
VOLLEY
The double bounce rule is also known as the
two bounce rule, which means when the server
serves the ball, the receiving team must let the
ball bounce once before returning to their
opponents. And the serving team also needs to
follow the same thing before starting to play the
rest of the match.
There are only three things you need before
starting a pickleball match. The three things
are Balls, Paddles, and nets. You can wear any
comfortable clothes for playing, there is no

In general, the basic thing is that
when a player serves first, and if
he/she gets a point then he will be
called the first scorer. But the points
who gets first must not be from the
serving team. Normally pickleball
game is played to eleven (11) points
and win by 2 points.
But in the tournament, the game
is played to 15 or 21 points, but
still, win by 2 points. Besides,
there are two important rules
what pickleball players must
know and those are Rally & Side
out term. We will discuss
regarding the terms at the end of
the article.
Anyway, at the beginning of the
article, we discussed a little bit
about the scoring of the 3
numbers. So let’s talk in detail. To
begin a match, the score is called
out 0-0-0 or 0-0-2; which means
server score, receiver score, and
then the digit is for the doubles
game whenever the first server
serves it is 1 & when the second
server serves it is 2.

HOW TO SERVE
# serving tips
The paddle’s highest part has to be below your
wrist when you’re making contact with the ball.
Players will start serving the ball from the right
side of the court, and they will stand on the
service court/ non-volley zone while serving the
ball from the reverse side of the net.
The server wrist has to be below his waist; when
he is contacting the ball to hit over on one side
and try to get more power on it, everything must
be down below his waist when he is making
contact.
If the ball can’t clear the net and reach in the
opponent’s court or a specific line inside the
receiver’s court, it will not consider as a legal
serve. Plus, if your ball reaches the kitchen line, it
is known as illegal pickleball serves.

SERVING FAULTS
# Serving fault
If the serving player fails to hit the ball
before it touches the ground, it is known
as a service fault. However, if the ball
reaches the ground swinging at it, it is
not a service fault.
If the ball touches a permanent object
close to the outside of the court like an
overhead tree, it can lead to service
fault.
If the ball contacts the server or his
teammate’s body or cloth physically, it
can be defined as a service fault.
If the ball goes outside of the pickleball
court or exceeds the ground marking, it
is a service fault.
If the ball falls to the non-volley zone, it
is also considered as a service fault.
