Pickleball??
What the fu**k
is that?
A B O U T P I C K L E B A L L
Pickleball sport is popular for all
ages (from kids to old, it’s become
famous). After Pickleball invented in
1965 and it is one of the tops and
fastest-growing sports in the United
State and growing all over the world
like the United Kingdom, Canada,
Australia, and also started to play
in Asian countries
The Game was invented by 3 dads: Joel
Pritchard, Bill Bell, and Barney
McCallum. One of the fun facts is the
name of the game Pickleballs comes
from Joel Pritchard’s family dog name:
Pickles.
Pickleball is one of the paddleball games
and many things of it are related to
racket games. It is a combination of few
paddleball & racket games like
Badminton, Table Tennis, and Tennis.
People play this game as single or double.
This sport is the fastest growing sport in
the United States. This sport is getting
more popular day by day because this is a
very easy sport. Anyone can become an
intermediate player within 10 to 20
minutes of playing. Moreover, this is not
an energetic sport like football, cricket,
tennis, and badminton. That’s why this
sport is more addictive than other sports.

HOW TO PLAY
PICKLEBALL
# In short
Pickleball matches can be played as single or
double. Both formats have followed by the
same rules, but there is a difference
between scoring. The object of the pickleball
is to be the first team or the player score
at least 11 points and must win by 2 points.
You can get more about scoring from here.
To start the game, you have to simply serve
the ball and start. As every point you earn
begins with a serve, so the serve must be
effective to get the point from opponents.
The play always starts from the right
serving area.
You will learn more slowly by completing the
ebook.......😃
SOME BASICS
Basic rules you need to know before playing
this sport.
After the ball bounce on each side of the net,
the players can hit the ball without bounce as
long as they are not in the kitchen ( the non-
volley zone). You can not hit the ball in the air
without a bounce while you are in the kitchen.
VOLLEY
The double bounce rule is also known as the
two bounce rule, which means when the server
serves the ball, the receiving team must let the
ball bounce once before returning to their
opponents. And the serving team also needs to
follow the same thing before starting to play the
rest of the match.
There are only three things you need before
starting a pickleball match. The three things
are Balls, Paddles, and nets. You can wear any
comfortable clothes for playing, there is no
required clothing.

REAL CONVERSATIONS

This sport is played on a badminton-sized court: 20
feet (Orange Line) two baselines by 44 feet two
sidelines (Red Line) field, which is divided into two
equal part by a 20 feet wide net (Suppose White
Line) 1 centerline on each side (Yellow Line) & 1
non-volley line on each side (Green Lines).
Each part of the court has 10 feet by 15 feet long
right serving and left serving court, as well as a non-
volley zone (20 feet by 7 feet) which is known as the
kitchen.

In general, the basic thing is that
when a player serves first, and if
he/she gets a point then he will be
called the first scorer. But the points
who gets first must not be from the
serving team. Normally pickleball
game is played to eleven (11) points
and win by 2 points.
But in the tournament, the game
is played to 15 or 21 points, but
still, win by 2 points. Besides,
there are two important rules
what pickleball players must
know and those are Rally & Side
out term. We will discuss
regarding the terms at the end of
the article.
Anyway, at the beginning of the
article, we discussed a little bit
about the scoring of the 3
numbers. So let’s talk in detail. To
begin a match, the score is called
out 0-0-0 or 0-0-2; which means
server score, receiver score, and
then the digit is for the doubles
game whenever the first server
serves it is 1 & when the second
server serves it is 2.

HOW TO SERVE
# serving tips
The paddle’s highest part has to be below your
wrist when you’re making contact with the ball.
Players will start serving the ball from the right
side of the court, and they will stand on the
service court/ non-volley zone while serving the
ball from the reverse side of the net.
The server wrist has to be below his waist; when
he is contacting the ball to hit over on one side
and try to get more power on it, everything must
be down below his waist when he is making
contact.
If the ball can’t clear the net and reach in the
opponent’s court or a specific line inside the
receiver’s court, it will not consider as a legal
serve. Plus, if your ball reaches the kitchen line, it
is known as illegal pickleball serves.
A+
SERVING FAULTS
# Serving fault
If the serving player fails to hit the ball
before it touches the ground, it is known
as a service fault. However, if the ball
reaches the ground swinging at it, it is
not a service fault.
If the ball touches a permanent object
close to the outside of the court like an
overhead tree, it can lead to service
fault.
If the ball contacts the server or his
teammate’s body or cloth physically, it
can be defined as a service fault.
If the ball goes outside of the pickleball
court or exceeds the ground marking, it
is a service fault.
If the ball falls to the non-volley zone, it
is also considered as a service fault.

But the points who gets first must not be from the serving team. Normally pickleball game is played to eleven (11) points and win by 2 points. But in the tournament, the game is played to 15 or 21 points, but still, win by 2 points. Besides, there are two important rules what pickleball players must know and those are Rally & Side out term. We will discuss regarding the terms at the end of the article. Anyway, at the beginning of the article, we discussed a little bit about the scoring of the 3 numbers. So let’s talk in detail. To begin a match, the score is called out 0-0-0 or 0-0-2; which means server score, receiver score, and then the digit is for the doubles game whenever the first server serves it is 1 & when the second server serves it is 2.

  • 12. A+ HOW TO SERVE # serving tips The paddle’s highest part has to be below your wrist when you’re making contact with the ball. Players will start serving the ball from the right side of the court, and they will stand on the service court/ non-volley zone while serving the ball from the reverse side of the net. The server wrist has to be below his waist; when he is contacting the ball to hit over on one side and try to get more power on it, everything must be down below his waist when he is making contact. If the ball can’t clear the net and reach in the opponent’s court or a specific line inside the receiver’s court, it will not consider as a legal serve. Plus, if your ball reaches the kitchen line, it is known as illegal pickleball serves.
  • 13. A+ SERVING FAULTS # Serving fault If the serving player fails to hit the ball before it touches the ground, it is known as a service fault. However, if the ball reaches the ground swinging at it, it is not a service fault. If the ball touches a permanent object close to the outside of the court like an overhead tree, it can lead to service fault. If the ball contacts the server or his teammate’s body or cloth physically, it can be defined as a service fault. If the ball goes outside of the pickleball court or exceeds the ground marking, it is a service fault. If the ball falls to the non-volley zone, it is also considered as a service fault.
