This document provides instructions for sellers on Flipkart to recall unsold inventory. It explains how sellers can make recall requests for single items or all unsellable items under the FA Services tab. Sellers must upload logistics documents to complete the recall request, and can then track the status of recall requests under the Recall Requests sub-tab. The tutorial also defines the various statuses a recall request can have, such as Open, Pending Logistics Documents, Dispatched, and Delivered.
