KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT,SELECTION AND INDUCTION
 Recruitment of manpower to fulfil the requirement of the company through Job
Portals etc.
 Coordination in Recruitment Cycle for staff like Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating,
Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.
 Maintaining details of employee referral scheme, which form an integral part of the
recruitment Exercise,
 Introducing & Inducting New Joinees on Board and ensuring smooth transition
functionally. Prepare orientation programme for the new joinee.
 Responsible for Issuance of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter & other pre and post
joining formalities of the new joining.
GRIEVANCE ADMINISTRATION
 Attending the grievance issues that includes warning , serving the show cause notice,
domestic enquiry, formation of disciplinary committee in case there are severe issues
Probation & Confirmation: Tracking all employees who have completed probation,
providing evaluation forms to the respective line managers, and confirming the status
of employment once the reviews have been found positive. Discussing the reviews
with the Employees and provide propositions to improve their performance level.
TRAINING & DEVLOPMENT
 Induction Training for New / Transfer Employee in the Organization.
 Manage & co-ordinate Training.
 Identified the Training Need for Both Category (Worker & Staff / MCS)
 Coordinating all In-house training programmes, taking feedback, preparing MIS and
maintain all training records.
 Making the List of Trainer for Both Internal Trainer & External Trainer.
 Making The Training Budget and taking approval
 Analysis the Learning, Effectiveness and Performance of Employee after Training.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
 Responsible for the staff issues pertaining to their entitlement as per their eligibility
& grade.
 Responsibility includes administering leave entitlement & settlement of employees,
incentives, Leave Travel allowances, final settlement of the separated employees.
 Responsible for transfer & relocation process for employees
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL:
 Responsible for employees performance appraisals (Staff & Associate)
 Responsible for confirmation /Probation/Extension etc.
HR OPERATION & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
 Pay roll (Prepare final salary sheet and forward to Accounts).
 Prepare and finalize attendance sheet for all employees .
 PF & ESI deductions.
LEAVE MANAGRMENT
 Grant SL/CL/PL leaves on prorated basis to employee monthly.
 Maintain leave record (Manually & Automated).
