- 2. Please note that you cannot use this facility if you haven’t already registered your mobile phone number with your WIT student email account.
- 3. Step 1- Enter you email address, e.g. 1234567@mail.wit.ie and click Next. When you are prompted for your password click Need Help.
- 4. Step 2 - Click I don’t know my password and the option will expand. Enter your email address and then click Continue.
- 5. Step 3 - Enter the characters in the box and click Continue. If you enter the characters incorrectly, you will be presented with another set of characters to try.
- 6. Step 4 - When you are prompted to enter the last password you remember, do not enter any password and click I don’t know.
- 7. Step 5 - Choose a text Message and click Continue.
- 8. Step 6 - Enter the code that was sent to your mobile phone and click Continue.
- 9. Step 7 - You will now be prompted to enter your new password. Once you have typed in your new password and confirmed it, click Change Password.
- 10. You have now successfully changed your WIT student email password. Please note that the password should be a minimum of 9 characters and is case sensitive.
