- 3. Our History: Created in 1996 in the garage of Gemma’s father. He taught to his daughter and his friends: Jim, Dean, Mark Jimmy, Sack and Liana the importance of the mechanic. They were a little spare-parts business located in front of the Gemma’s house. She and his father expanded the business of spare-parts and together made the first model of an aerodynamics quadricycle. Soon the old friends were together and everybody contributed. First they had losses but in the following years they had profits In 2005, we change our machines and we employ more than 1000 employees more. And now we can said that we are the most important company in the production of motorcycles, quadricycles, bicycles and spare parts.

Staff: ï‚— Gemma Straighowf- CEO of MotorSpeed Company- Supreme authority ï‚— Jim Keltner- Manager of the Company- Controls the monitoring of the activities of the company. ï‚— Dean Parks- Head of Human Resource Department- Controls the activities of people as well as their salaries, security and complaints. ï‚— Mark Goldenberg- Head of Production Department- Controls the models of vehicles, raw materials, machinery, ï‚— Jimmy Johnson- Head of Administration Department- Controls finances ï‚— Sack Roster- Head of Purchasing Department- Controls the supply of raw materials, maintains purchasing relationship with suppliers. ï‚— Liana Towers- Head of Sales Department - Controls the export of production, leads the customer base.
