- 13. But, how come they are never at fault !

- 15. No Deviation is the final word !
- 16. Perfect documentation is very important for a project !
- 17. Some times, those documents dont reach to the right people !
- 18. Even with no project on hand, they celebrate the moment !
- 19. They are always clear in defining the scope of supply !
- 20. Some projects have problems from beginning itself !
- 21. They give you hints that you must understand !
