PROJECT NAME:
ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC IMPACT FOR NEWSPAPER RECYCLING IN
UAAAN
TEACHER:
M.C. ADRIANA PATRICIA LUCIA DORANTES
Buenavista Saltillo, Coahuila, 18 November 2010
INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION
The trees, vegetable fiber alive:
The paper is composed of fibers, ie, organic matter, or what is, elements that are
or have been alive. For this reason we must learn to appreciate the important
role as an exponent and result of a manufacturing process that has resulted in
the death of a living being: THE TREE.
Just as confused with welfare money, the way we think, that by moving money
drove possibilities need to be aware that the use of paper, take advantage of
the wealth of the planet live, and if not careful, we risk to lose it.
The impact it will have on the future exploitation of timber resources may not
suffer the next generations. It is therefore an important and difficult task before us:
to be aware that the abundance of today may be limited tomorrow.
OBJETIVES
ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC IMPACT FOR
NEWSPAPER RECYCLING IN UAAAN
GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
The reuse of newspaper in economic activity and therefore
basketries
economic income producing
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Students aware of the role they play in their environment and their
responsibility towards their conservation and improvement.
Implement strategies for improvement and exploitation of the
environment in which we develop.
Build ownership for the public good.
MATERIALS (RESOURCES)
PHYSICAL: Newspapers, glue, paint, scissors,
brush, trimmings
HUMAN: Teachers, students, community members
with interest in environmental issues, treasurer,
green brigade, social service students, interns.
INSTITUTIONAL: UAAAN
Situations are observed:
The indifference of the student community to address
social and environmental problems.
The lack of sense of belonging to the heritage of the
college.
Ignorance of environmental issues as:
Inappropriate exploitation of trees for paper derived from
this.
Pollution and waste paper.
-Reuse the most part of the paper.
- Store all waste paper is generated and contact with
organizations or people who recycle.
- We should encourage products which do not require
sophisticated presentation especially as telephone
directories, brochures, newspapers, napkins,
handkerchiefs, etc., Are prepared on recycled paper.
- It is necessary to strictly enforce laws that punish the
arsonists and land speculators and timber from fire..
METHODS
 1. Rolls of newsprint.
2. Glue to stick or some kind of adhesive.
3. Painted.
The first step for our beautiful basket is to make many rolls of
paper. For this we take a sheet of paper and proceed to roll it.
We can use the glue in the middle of the process, let dry
and keep rolling, in this way will be tighter. The technique is
to twist it to gain in strength. We will make many rolls of
paper as we want to take up the basket or bin.

Once dry facts and proceed to braid each other. That way
when we get to the end of the queue will close pasting. The
craft is easier than it looks, but to clarify I have collected
some pictures of Tarina.
hola
To cross 4 sticks, just as
you see in the image.
To go inserting the stick that we
bend one if and one not, among
the other sticks.
When you this finishing to put
another stick inside the tip of the
stick that you this knitting, assuring
with a drop of paste.
To bend a stick like leave in the picture,
beginning with the one of but below.
The base can make it round or square, this
will depend on your taste and needs we
have.
Then, with patience, the braid and let it
dry
To bend up the 7 remaining sticks
of the base.
As it can be noticed in the
image, it will be inserted among
the bars of the base (that are 7
and to the odd being, it goes to
give structure to the basket).
To bend the surplus toward inside. If they
like they make an it roasts with a braid of
three sticks or a cover with the same
procedure that the base.
FOR ONE TON (1000 KILOS) OF RECYCLED PAPER

CONCLUTIONS
It is essential to be realistic, not an easy task, given the
peculiar human condition, to understand the arguments in
defense of the environment, without causing an alleged
assault on the comfort and welfare. Nor is it sufficient
personnel and move them briefly move the head just in front
of the TV. When we understand that a waste of paper is to
manufacture paper and other trash that is not what we throw
away but entire forests, we will understand the ecological
significance of consumption.
