game among youngers called “Dota”.
- Shaun and Hafizi argues with each other after a
misunderstanding between them and Kelvin calms them down.
- They realised their mistake and Yvonne remind of the
importance of their studies.
- They apologize and forgive each other. Thus, being great
friends again.

general belief towards a certain group of

- Just like how Hafizi was thinking in his
mind that chinese only knows how to
play games and talk noisy therefore
making them stupid.

Social influences
- Social influence is how individual thoughts, feelings and
actions are affected by a certain social group.
- From the video that you have seen, this concept occurs when
both Shaun and Kelvin are playing the game “Dota” and
persuade Haffizi to try it out and he succumbed to
temptation by trying it out.

ClassiCal Conditioning
- Classical conditional is a learning process that occurs
when two stimuli are repeatedly paired.
- We can observe that after sometime Haffizi started
playing the game “Dota” he spent countless time
playing it and also spend lots of time playing it too
with Kelvin and Shaun

Aggression
- Aggression is a behavior that intend to harm another
individual and it can be whether physical or verbal.
- When Shaun started abusing Haffizi verbally, he
responded more aggressively that it almost escalated to
gory violence. However, Kelvin was able to stop and
calm them before the worst happens.

Racism
- Getting mad at each other and calling racist names.
