- 2. PROGRAMMING POLICIES Flow Public Access TV broadcasts the views & creative expressions of individuals & community groups to fellow Jamaicans, at no cost to the content provider. This service is available to all Flow subscribers. 1. Jamaican TV Programmes with Information, Sports, Educational, or Arts & Culture and non-‐commercial content are eligible. 2. All programmes must comply with the Broadcasting Commission of Jamaica’s Laws, Regulations & Codes. 3. Programmes must be 30 min. or less in length*. (*Longer programmes may be submitted in 30 min. episodes labelled part 1, 2 etc.) 4. Programmes will ONLY be accepted in MPEG2 standard format (audio at 256Kbs/16 bit, Stereo Mode, CBR, Audio rate at 48 kilohertz.) 5. Copy of programme should be made for Flow’s exclusive use as all discs will be kept on file. 6. A completed, signed submission form must be submitted with the television programme. 7. All programmes must be clearly labelled. 8. Music video content must be submitted with lyric sheets. 9. Programme submissions can be made at all Flow Retail Stores. 11. Community Event Listings require separate submission form & can be sourced online at www.flowjamaica.com Community listings can submitted via email address: publicaccesstv@flowjamaica.com 12. Community Event Listings should be submitted a minimum of two weeks in advance of event date. 13. Flow’s Public Access Television Editorial Committee will view all submissions and determine suitability for airplay. 14. Submitters/producers will be notified of programme scheduling via email. 15.
