This document discusses entrepreneurship in Latin America. While Latin America leads the world in entrepreneurial spirit, the region ranks low in metrics of entrepreneurial success, only beating the Middle East and Africa. There is a lack of know-how for building successful companies. The document proposes a "company builder" approach which involves testing ideas, designing experiments, creating minimum viable products, failing fast and cheap, and iterating quickly to then raise money fast. It provides an example pipeline and discusses giving back to train the next generation of entrepreneurs.
