Teams can use water guns and balloons and the first team to plant both flags on the opposing beach wins. Boat captains must meet 30 minutes before the start to draw brackets. This document describes the development of an in vitro model to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of wound dressings against bacterial biofilms. The model uses chemical analysis to measure biofilm removal and antimicrobial penetration. Testing found that a new silver-containing Hydrofiber dressing (EASH) was highly effective at removing and killing S. aureus biofilms, removing 78% of the biofilm with a single application and depositing 4 times the concentration of silver in the residual biofilm compared to the current standard antimicrobial dressing. This model provides a useful tool for understanding how dressings interact with biofilms and evaluating new products.
