PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVES ::
My professional career is an extension of what I have done naturally my whole
life; that being, analyze a given situation, and develop a more efficient way of
accomplishing objectives.
My general goal in life is to fulfill the innate abilities that I possess. It is not
enough to only to understand complex situations and solve problems inherent
to the administration of a business, I seek to utilize my abilities to reach
effective solutions that facilitate success in whatever task I am assigned.
The contributions I make to an employer begins with strong character and
leadership. In line with leadership I also have excellent communication skills
which are, in my opinion, a definitive characteristic.
I am dependable, ambitious, competent, and adept at problem solving.
These character traits breed success over the long run
In addition to my resume, I would also like to include a few points of pertinent
information.
In 2012 I was elected by my professor to participate in the Jessie Bridges
Investment Society, a special investment class at the Johnson College of
Business where I attended. This special class was by nomination only, and it
substituted as an internship or 499 class for seniors.In this class we participated
in real equity analysis and reporting which the class took part in the process
of identifying, and executing real market operations with $100,000 of the
schools endowment. This was a great honor for me, and I am very proud of our
performance beating the S&P fir the semester I participated.
I scored 100% of my major field test and as a reward I was granted the
opportunity to take the Bloomberg Business Aptitude exam subsidized by the
University. On this exam I scored I the 80th percentile globally in Economics
and 79th Percentile in Investment Management. The BAT is an internationally
recognized exam. I was very proud of this achievement.
I am currently pursuing the Series 66 Exam, and will begin working on
the Chartered Financial Analyst exams after receiving series 66 and series
7 designation.

As a field operations technician my job revolved around the expansion and
maintenance of the U-Verse platform. I gained an advanced understanding
of the complex means by which the signal is generated and distributed over
the coverage area. Having extensive computer and networking background
prepared me for this job, but it was even more complex than I had imagined. I am
proud of the level of problem solving and troubleshooting prowess I acquired in
my time working for AT&T. In addition to technical ability, I also was afforded the
opportunity to work independently and arrange my work schedule in the most
efficient manner possible. This was something I very much enjoyed about AT&T,
and plan on taking that efficiency minded mind-set moving forward.
JBNC, LLC | Operations Manager
2013 - 2014 | Spartanburg, South Carolina
I was recruited to reconstitute a public information publication which had been
my employer previously before then went out of business. This opportunity was
a tremendous learning experience seeing as how I had to put together every
operational unit of the business without any assistance. As acting operations
manager I had to locate and hire employees to compose the functional divisions
of operation. Data collection, publishing, printing, distribution, collection, and all
forms of reporting. I was the sole agent working for over a month assembling the
employees to start production.I worked exhaustively to get our crew together and
after about two months we finally were able to produce our first editions. Once
the operation was running my core responsibilities were to manages employees,
reach out to new distributors, maintain our weekly schedule, and report our
circulation and financial performance. I am proud of the successful arrangement
that I put together. My key skills that were developed were cost control, input
sourcing, cash flow reporting and analysis, active employee management.
JACKSON HEWITT | Tax Professional
Upon graduation from College I was recruited by Jackson Hewitt to work at their
Boiling Springs office for the 2013 tax season. I quickly acquired a good amount
of taxation knowledge, as the position demanded. I completed a variety of
personal and business tax returns utilizing my financial and taxation knowledge.
At the end of the tax season I was offered by Jackson Hewitt the opportunity to
stay on and take the Enrolled Agent exam so that I could have an increased roll
in the following tax season. I value the knowledge I gained while working for
Jackson Hewitt, and they have direct application on my daily life.
