• In-House Technical Service for 14 brands in Plumbing, Heating, Waterworks and
Electrical, Pumps, HVAC and safety eyewear.
• Eliminate purchasing duplication between divisions. Broker returns and exchanges with
manufactures for all 10 branches.

• Train inside and outside sales staff on how specialty tools work and how to sell it. I
