Store Manager ▪ May 2012 – February 2016

My responsibilities were managing a four million dollar title loan office supervising ten to twelve employees
while conducting daily operations and administrative duties. The responsibilities were processing and
underwriting title loans, collection calls, cash handling while taking payments from customers and deposits
for the office, processing repossessions, marketing, making schedules for my employees. I was also
responsible for vehicles that went to the auction and making sure the vehicles sell on time. I had the
responsibility of conducting a title audit once a month to make sure all titles were accounted for and to
make sure they are taken to the DMV on time to put our liens on the customer’s title. Also, I was in charge of
evaluating my staff on a monthly basis and grow my team for promotions. While I was out marketing, I
would also recruit for our company. We were responsible for recruiting three people on a monthly basis. I
would delegate tasks to my staff and followed up with the employee(s) to make sure the tasks was
completed.
Enrollment Counselor July 2011- January 2012
Presidium- Embry Riddle Aeronautical University
My responsibilities were enrolling candidates into the Aeronautical programs at Embry Riddle. A client would
call in and I would take note of their interest in which degree program they want to enroll in; the degree
programs can be from Associates to PhD’s. We had to enroll thirty students a month. I would make sure the
client knew of any prerequisites for their program, cost of the program, how the program would benefit their
career, and how simple it is to enroll.
Lead Armed Security Guard August 2008- May 2011
Walden Security
My responsibilities as an Armed Security Guard was to protect the entrance onto Fort Hood. I would
maintain a particular gate on Fort Hood and check the identification of customer entering the installation. I
was responsible for two other guards at my gate. I would issue out weapons and ammo to my guards and
went over safety briefings every morning. I was responsible for qualifying for my weapon every six months
and passing a Physical Fitness test every three months.
