WORK EXPERIENCE Multi-Unit Asset and Profit Protection Manager Sears 2015 - Present I am in charge of the Asset and Profit Protection department for two full line stores, and two auto centers. I monitor cameras for shoplifters and conduct internal investigations and interviews against dishonest associates. I research different report databases daily in order to find any outliers that require further investigation. I monitor the back room associates to ensure compliance for receiving and shipping processes. I research, analyze, and process data reports and coach and mentor associates and managers based on the outcome of the investigation. I managed the backroom associates and manager, and oversaw their behavior in order to assist with running the back room to ensure procedural compliance and a reduction of costly errors. I observed cashiers and corrected them when they were not following processes that could cause a loss to the store.
