Auto Liability, Personal Umbrella, Excess, and Garage Keepers Liability. Litigation management.
 Responsible for coverage analysis and policy interpretation, contractual interpretation, instruction
to council, in person mediations, extensive written summaries of coverage, large claim reporting
and direct client reporting. Reserving of files consistent with company policies.
 High volume case load, excellent and consistent quality review scores of 98-100%.

 Identify adjusters pending cases that warrant SIU involvement and execute dynamic, innovative
and complete investigations. Handling of all lines, including workers compensation. Territory
included Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
 Responsible for implementing new Houston SIU office, which included training and mentoring of
employee.
 Directed and implemented fraud awareness database and trained personnel in the use and
requirements of the database. Provided fraud awareness training to claim personnel, investigative
techniques and current trends in the industry.
Responsible for several indictments while working closely with local, state and federal authorities.
