                                        90 DAY PLAN

Determine what the corporate values, policies, beliefs and procedures are related to EHS.

Identify corporate expectations with respect to my job description and responsibilities.

Develop teamwork beginning on day 1 with co-workers being collaborative, supportive, build
involvement in EHS, lead communication to build safety culture in our management team and
start the development of a central safety team.

Discuss and develop with my supervisor a roadmap of goals that are expected in the first 90
days, which include relevant EHS metrics.

Develop scope of projects with co-workers in different departments to develop a profile of hazard
recognition, assessment and controls in each area of the company, understand what other
managers needs are, and determine the most effective way to work with them and support their
daily operations.

Determine those projects that may have a transformational impact associated with high hazard
profile areas/projects in the company that will require an open mindset to take advantage of new
perspectives and visibility of what project activities may require immediate action.

Get a big picture from the corporate strategic plan and identify as soon as possible those
strategic drivers directly related with EHS projects under my responsibility to deliver operational
excellence with strategic alignment.

Create from day one, professional relationships with co-workers based in rapport and mutual
empathy to provide a solid foundation to establish credibility in controlling risks and comfortable
being part of a team that accepts; recognizes; and supports our safety culture and commitment.

Establish a corporate risk management plan that contains:
     Management leadership;
     Assignment of responsibility;
     Identify and control of hazards;
     Employee and supervisor training;
     Safety and health records; and
     Employee awareness and acceptance.

This plan would likely include the following key elements:
            1. Safety Activities;
            2. Rules and procedures;
            3. Education and training;
            4. Inspections and audits;
            5. Health and environmental; and
            6. Fire and emergency.

Establish a safety team that consists of task group leaders and ranking managers that is called
the Central Safety Steering Team.The following is the main structure of the safety team and core
target driver in the EHS program:
