THE HONG KONG YOUNG CHEFS CLUB HOT CHEF TEAM CHALLENGE 2009
Following the success of last years competition we have upped the ante and the excitement
is building for the 2009 Challenge:

Tuesday and Wednesday will see the finest young chefs in Hong Kong do battle to create
dishes to inspire and overwhelm. The panel of expert judges will then decide on who will
win the coverted title: Hong Kong Hot Chef Winner
Thursday will be the climax of this epic culinary duel as the Hong Kong winners will take on
the winners from Singapore in one of Asian cuisines biggest cooking rivalries.
The Grand Final will Begin at 2:30pm with the prize-giving ceremony taking place at 5pm.
