Introduction
Hopefully you will learn from the subsequent pages that I have a great deal of experience in
successfully managing and growing accounts, quickly identifying and responding to ever shifting
customer needs and specifications and running large programs. Instead of repeating those points here,
I would like to convey first a few of my core skills I believe would benefit your organization.
I bring deep and successful experience in building and managing multiple relationships with key
decision makers from many different departments in telecommunications, automotive, healthcare and
instrumentation industries. Furthermore, I have a proven track record of consistently exceeding goals
set for generating new lines of revenue and retaining existing revenue from these relationships.
I am also a fast and an engaged learner who actually enjoys challenges and working hard. I apply this
trait every day to any task; whether it is crafting a quotation, communicating a project schedule to
production control and pushing the supply chain, analyzing CAD model databases while providing
immediate design feedback, or running long term projects.
Some of my key personality traits are adaptability and the ability to communicate effectively. During
my career I have been able to quickly achieve results working indepedently or as part of a team in
different corporate environments and cultures. Communication is a critical tool in life and in business,
something that I began to understand while living and working in Japan but cemented while interacting
with engineering, program & commodity management, production and quality control, and C-level
executives.
Throughout my work, you will find a thoughtful approach to business that centers on aligning clients
needs with my companys goals. My methods result in sustainable, long-term, regenerative revenue
growth.
My hope is that I can employ my skills, talents and interests in helping your team. Thank you for your
time and consideration.
All the best,
Rob
