Perform inspections and testing of pressure vessels, above ground storage tanks, exchangers, piping systems, relief valves, boilers and their structured supports. Inspection methods include: Visual, UT, MT, RT, PT and ET. Assign inspection frequencies to plant process equipment. Issue written inspection reports to area managers. Inspections were conducted at the fabricators facility and construction sites. Perform inspections of field erected structures and buildings for local code requirements. Inspections consisted of structural alignment, fit-up of connections, fasteners, proper bolt torque and visual inspections of welds for proper placement, length and size according to field erected drawings. Work closely with shop and field personnel to ensure code compliance while maintaining time lines of the construction schedule. Submitted detailed progress inspection reports and final acceptance reports to clients. Track expenses and inspection cost to ensure budget cost were maintained.
