Summary
Vision: Refers to the future desire state, the situation which is being sought, to which the Organization
and its personnel are committed. It provides a central focus against which the managerial process of
planning, leading, organization and controlling can be coordinated. Its acceptance serves to give purpose
day to day actions and activities at all organizations levels and to all organizational functions.
Mission: To get everyone to participate demands the education and motivation of both management
and employees. To identify defects and problems, finding the causes of the defects and problems.
Prevention, i.e., preventing the causes of defects and problems. A condition for effective prevention is
that employees have completed points 1 and 2and that, on the basis of casual; analysis, they make
suggestions for and implement quality improvements.
SQC (Statistical Quality Control):
Improvement of quality.
Reduction of scrap and rework.
Efficient use of personnel and machines.
Economy in use of materials.
Removing production bottle-necks.
Decreased inspection costs.
Reduction in cost/unit
Scientific evaluation of tolerance.
Scientific evaluation of quality and production
Quality consciousness at all levels.
Reduction in customer complaints.
Develop, plan, review, and implements the Weekly Schedule. Quality Assurance inspections for aircraft,
support equipment, evaluations. Management information system to solve quality problems and
prepare inspection plans and instructions. Quality Assurance findings for upper level management.
Coordinate daily activities between shop floor and our specialists. Coordinate daily extremely
knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office Suit to include Excel, Power Point, Word. Knowledgeable E-Mail
and telephone systems. Quality Assurance on ensuring products are safe for flight. Knowledge in
modifying blue prints, technical orders, schematics. Used statistical methods to identify trends.
Experienced in the electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsible for receiving incoming parts for full inspection and approval: approve AS9102 forms from
suppliers.
Coordinate inspection related problems to necessary departments.
Attend daily status meetings for production flow purpose and on time deliveries.
Train new hires with our procedures and every day duties.
Responsible for final inspection for shipping purpose as well interact with our customers.
Work directly with our suppliers to obtain proper documentation for proper buy offs .
Responsible for electronic components of PCB boards solder, conformal coating, testing of motors.
Expert in the following tools.
Profelometer,calipers,micrometer,optical comparator,dia bore gage,tri mics,hi-pot tester,QC5000
manual CMM,height gages,CMM PC_DMIS programs, thickness gage,scales,romer (scan shark reverse
engineering),docs program ( tube inspection),gage track ( software for calibration management.),intra
mics,multi meter machine, eddy current, air gages,borescopes,depthgages,gage blocks, snap gages,
thread gages ( internal & external),crimp tool,tesa height gage, light band gage ( for super finish
parts),oasis inspection systems, concentricity gage.
Expert with (FAR) Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Knowledgeable with (DFARS) Defense Aquisition Regulations
Knowledgeable in contract review & product verification a good understanding in the solicitation
process for Government.
