- 4. Technical skills: Solid project management and communication skills Understanding of Electrical & Instrument drawings and schemes. Power and Control panel wiring, termination and loop checking. Trouble shooting in electrical andelectronic circuits, power and control schemes. Maintenance of motors, control gears, transformers, plant lighting, fire & gas system, CCTV, HVAC.
