Hope Cottage will host a fundraiser on April 11, 2015 at Heritage Park called "Row Down the River" to benefit the Sexual Assault Center, where participants can bring their own canoe or kayak or rent one to row down the river together in support of the cause, followed by a picnic. The fundraiser will run from 9am to 1pm, with a minimum $25 donation or $20 for students, which includes a t-shirt, boat rental, and lunch, with all proceeds going to the Sexual Assault Center of Rome.
